[...] in my 24 years (almost 25-eeks!), i have spent entirely too much time & energy worrying about the past or wishing things would have been different. time i could have spent on enjoying what is happening right here, right now. letting go and simply letting life happen moment by moment is the way to happiness. accept that even though your life may not be playing out as you had imagined, that you are exactly where you need to be. that’s the thrill, right? everything that is supposed to happen, will somehow find a way. be grateful for each day and what it brings. cherish & nurture your relationships so you will have no regrets. these are all things i have learned.
